On my 487th time getting back into fitness but this year I’m 100 percent invested in my health. I’m finally giving the macro counting a try. I’ve done long term and intermittent fasting with huge results but I want to build muscle as well. It’s hard mentally to eat soo much daily when your trying to lose weight still so any advice with meeting macro daily goals would be greatly appreciated! Wish my luck!

    It doesn't take luck. It takes pluck.

    Build good habits that you will carry with you after you reach your goal. It's the best way. What are your goals?

    I’m around 384lbs now down from 456. I want to get to 300 and bulked up. It’s going to take some work and I’m ready for that. Thanks for the motivation
