Simple Filling Breakfast Ideas

Hi,
I have been on the plan since late July and have lost 32 lbs. Sometimes I get hungry because I am on 1200 calories. Any simple healthy breakfast ideas?

    Nonfat Greek yogurt with berries and 10 grams ground flax. Healthy fats and protein. Could add different yogurt toppings such as sprinkle nuts, sugar free jelly, etc.

    Rice and oatmeal are always so filling for me!! Sometimes I'll have eggs with my rice or fruit slices and chopped walnuts with my oatmeal!!

    I like to make a big batch of steelcut oats on a Sunday. I then put a half cup in muffin tins and freeze each separately. That way I can take out a half cup each morning, warm it up, add a bit of berries and some protein powder and a tiny bit of milk.

    LOVE ALL THE ABOVE IDEAS!!! I do a simple 2egg omelette with deli turkey and colby jack. Sometimes its just oats and scrambled eggs. Other times I look at leftovers usually turkey sausage, peppers and onions frorm the night before and add to my 2 eggs. Leftover omelette is my favorite! Omelettes are easy and filling!

    95g dry sushi rice cooked in one single serving carton of vanilla Premier Protein. (some extra water may be necessary)
    500 calories, 37g protein, 75g carbs 4g fat
