It’s a Tax-Aide day, so all I got in was 45minutes or so of stretching and strengthening.2

I usually get a bit of walking, but lately just don't have the stamina to do much. My nemesis, arthritis mainly, has curtailed both stamina and desire to do much. I know that'll just lead to less ability, but planning on pushing myself more, if, as, and when, I'm feeling better.1

Walking, cycling on the stationary bike and resistance exercises with a bit of stretching2

I got my run in. I've been looking for consistency in running this year, so I am really trying to get every planned run in (and to make up missed runs as well).2

Nothing yesterday but getting in about 3000 plus steps. We'll see about today.2

I rode my spin bike, walked a bit as a warm-up, and stretched afterward.0

MMX/kickboxing and some Ab work. Also, plenty of steps with it being nice out. Watch says 9miles. I'm sure some of that was the kickboxing though. Noon got in 1.5 and 2miles after work0
