Beverages can affect our weight and health, although we tend not to think about that too much. What is your beverage of choice? Does it change as the day progresses? Do you consume different beverages when you are at home versus when you go out? Does your beverage consumption change by season? Is there anything you would like to change with regard to your beverage consumption?

I drink mostly water and coffee, sometimes hot tea. Occasionally, I'll make some iced tea, which I enjoy a lot, but just don't make for some reason. I will drink the occasional beer or spirit, but it's pretty rare these days. Allergic to most beers, and I have to be in the mood for spirits. My beverage choice and consumption is pretty consistent throughout the year.0

I drink water, coffee, diet soda and occasionally unsweetened ice tea.
I probably don't drink enough plain water and and should increase the amount.1 -
I drink water, a 12C pot of coffee, 3 Diet Cokes, and flavors Sparkling (not seltzer) waters. The sparkling is usually my SodaStream drinks and all the flavors I use are 0cal.0

Tea and water throughout the day. Not a soda or alcohol drinker. Same when eating out1

coffee in the AM (2 cups) sparkling water with lunch and dinner, Rarely a glass of wine for special occasions.1

Coffee in the morning, diet coke with lunch and dinner, and lately, some sort of a "flavored non-caffeine" soda at night, like cherry zero sugar 7up. I'm not much of a water drinker, but I do drink more water when I'm active or traveling. I try to limit alcohol to the weekend, with varying success. This latter issue has a big impact on my weight.
There's no real seasonal changes in my routine.
If I was going to change anything, it would be to be better at avoiding alcohol during the week.2 -
What is your beverage of choice? water with a Grape drink stick (crystal light /great value).
Does it change as the day progresses? Sometimes a cup of coffee.
A diet soda when we go out to eat, but sometimes just water.
