Hi, I'm Cassey. I am part of the Fall- P90X challenge and am on the 2nd day of week3. I am using this to help insure I don't go over my daily calories. :)

    Welcome, This will be my second round of P90X i backslid. The first time I lost 25 lbs and was at 12% body fat. I am in week 5 again and i can see my abs again (very cool). Hang in there and always push play. I have found that this website helps with the calories, one thing that you shouldn't do is skimp on the calories, you need to eat to loose weight, I know it doesn't make sense in the traditional way of thinking but scientifically speaking it is for real.
