Is there a discussion for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes or pre type 2 ?
Im on a mission to beat type 2 diabetes on my own, I dont want to take medicine or shots, I really dont trust whats in them and I believe if I change my diet and start moving more i can do it. So far Im down 11 pounds, my A1C is down from an 8.9 to 6.7 .. the problem is keeping it down. I am scheduled with a specialist in a couple of weeks and I m hoping to find out why im having spikes when I am no longer eating sugar or carbs like i ust to. Anyway, Im hoping there will be a discussion on this topic soon. Im working real hard to do it on my own and would love to hear if anyone else feels the same and maybe if they have some tips on how to stay on track. :)

Going Keto took me from 6.3 to 5.1 in a matter of months. It happens to be a way of eating that works for me, so I have stuck with it now for almost 3 years, and I plan to eat this way the rest of my life.

Hi. Last year my A12 was 5.6 and now 5.7. It hit me hard as a few years back my brother ended up on insulin. Fortunately he i no longer needs it.
Any changes in lifestyle would be appreciated.1 -
