Hello and welcome!
From one undisciplined person to another, my best suggestion would be to make the easiest-to-follow possible plan that still yields gradual loss.
That requires less discipline, and with just 15 pounds to lose, gradual loss is more health-promoting anyway.
As a bonus, it allows more focus on finding the new, slightly more positive habits that make it more likely to stay at a healthy weight long term, something most people find more challenging than losing the weight in the first place.
"Lose weight fast" can be a trap - I think that's extra true in our demographic.
For me, losing weight and keeping it off (for 9+ years so far) has been a gift that keeps on giving - better health markers, better quality of life.
Best wishes for success!

Hey Ann, I didn't die. Are you still rowing?

@JeromeBarry1, good to hear from you - how are you doing? Maybe come chat on a relevant general support thread, like maybe "60 yrs and up" over in Introductions. You may not be 60 yet, not sure, but the thread doesn't check IDs at the door. 😉
Apologies for digressing on your thread, @Rick_1970.
Yup, I'm still here, still in weight maintenance, still rowing . . . on water right now, around 5 times a week when weather permits, since it's not Winter here (yet).
