False (if I travelled all the time would be true, but my rare times of travel I consider breaks from regular workouts)

(And I drink 80 oz H2O and two glasses of milk per day)

TNP carries a large refillable water bottle to sip from everywhere they go (rather than a series of one-time-use cups/small bottles)

That's only true for Christmas. I put out autumn decor (kitchen towels, etc... maybe some pumpkins) but don't really decorate for Halloween or Thanksgiving. That said, the Christmas tree goes up the day after Thanksgiving. (Sometimes ON Thanksgiving)

TNP has made changes in their routine resulting in a kickstart to their weight loss

started carrying a weighted backpack on my walks. It’s officially called rucking (be careful with autocorrect) and helps raise the heart rate when exercising as compared to when not wearing one. Also signed up for a 5k ruck later this month.

TNP likes the techno geek part of exercising ie all the metrics a watch or whatever can give you
