    Driving north this morning. Hope to get in some paddling and some hiking. Totally off-grid there, will be gone till next Sunday. Looking forward to it.

    Mike, be safe and have an awesome adventure!

    My plans for today include working outside some, continuing to finish little details in the bathroom, and working on paperwork for at least an hour. Connie has an appointment this afternoon with a NP to go over her last blood work and ask questions about her health and diet. Her GP visit is in late October.

    Prayers of healing continue for the sick ones in the PNW, and for the Ring family.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    STILL have a few symptoms. The cold that won't go away. DW laughs that I say I am better every day, then start coughing again. I do feel better, just not well. We have banking we have to take care of today, cold or not.

    Light rain this morning and some rain in the forecast every day this week. That will cut down on my outdoor activities, but it will be great for the fires.

    I turned out several small bowls or different kinds yesterday. I'll arrange to meet tomorrow with friends from church who requested them, to see what they like.

    Good Morning

    Safe travels Mike!

    Still dragging from this 10+ head cold and gut flare up. I rested most of yesterday and was able to watch the stream of Duck's game which was a remarkable. Impressive young QB leading the offense. My gut flared up after dinner and laid me low. I have my group music lesson in 2 hours. I managed to get some practice in yesterday, though a two hour session seems challenging right now, especially with a headache. I also need to get to the store to stock up. The freezer is rather empty. 5 days of rain has kicked off. I find it rather soothing. I imagine that will change in 3-4 months.

    Yup light rain started 10 minutes into my morning wetland trail bike ride today. Should be damp next four or five days.

    Yup Duck football game was amazing in a hostile environment. the impressive QB now leads the Heisman betting odds but it is early in the season. Winning in Penn is big.

    Good Afternoon,

    Charlotte still not eating as she needs to, her weight is up to 5 lbs. 8.9 oz. though; body temperature not holding.

    DMIL is adjusting to nursing home and seems to be improving since she is where they give her more attention and makes sure, she is eating properly. They also push her out of her room and make her interact with others.

    DW is down to 19 radiation treatments, makes her very tired and drained.

    Glad you are better Steve, Dave and Bill need to kick virus and get feeling better.

    Hope Mike has a great trip. and stays warm.

    Next door neighbors moved out over weekend, new neighbors started moving in today.
