Once you've gone through the meal planner setup, you'll be prompted to create your first plan.
Next, still have the opportunity to swap entrée recipes to further personalize your plan. We provide you with suggestions based on the profile you created for meal planner. If one of the recipes isn't to your liking, tap the swap button to the right of the item to review alternatives. Select a quick swap or tap see more recipes to review the entire list. Swap meals until you have a plan that helps meet your goals and preferences.
You can use the same process to swap sides. Meal planner will automatically suggest pairings for your chosen entrées, but you can update with a few simple taps to customize your meal plan.
Have a particular favorite recipe you want to repeat? On the meal planner menu, tap on a food item, and then tap on the heart to add it to your favorites list. Once an item has been added to your favorites, you can find it at the top of your recipes tab.
You can also swap items after you've created a plan. Just tap the edit button, select the item you wish to swap, and tap swap dish.
Furthermore, you can switch your approach, for example, if you'd like to move from a balance plan to a low-carb plan by tapping the settings button in the top right corner, then approach.
Whatever your goals are, we're confident meal planner can help you in creating a personalized plan to support your health and wellness journey.
