    1,000% true! Not only does it wake me up, but my athletic performance is better early as well

    TNP has a recipe which requires multiple hours to complete, but the results are worth it (mine is a 12-hr chili, waiting for me to enjoy right now!)

    True! My favorite is probably Hungarian goulash simmered for 2 or 3 hours.

    TNP has a meal that they eat for dinner atleast once every single week.

    False. Used to be true, but my wife lobbied for us to expand our menu, so now we have several dozen meals we rotate between, with a minimum of 4 weeks between eating the same meal to avoid getting tired of it. (Special requests for birthdays and the like are an exception to the timing rule.)

    TNP can turn the same ingredients into two very different meals, merely by adjusting ratios or cooking methods.

    Somewhat true. We use a sandwich Ziploc bag, and when it's full it gets spent all at once.
