RIse and shine, gentlemen and others.
Frost warnings next few nights, and my heat went on when I got home yesterday. Rain later in the week, but wouldn't be surprised if they get snow up north.
Wedding was a chance for me to get in better touch with some relatives, and I got to meet some of the brides family I had never met before. Got lost in all the names, however. Music was so loud I could feel the bass in my ribcage, so the reception was a bit less enjoyable there.
Making coffee and cereal & banana, back into tracking which I gave up on over the weekend's wedding festivities.
Have a good day.

Good morning!
Mike, I'm glad that you had that time with family. Congratulations, again!
Today is about getting groceries this morning, and house cleaning. Yuck. We still have that Oregon cloudy, gloomy, misty, light rain skies. I'm not complaining. We have needed the rain.
Prayers continue for Sam and family. Also for Bob's healing wrist/forearm.
Have a great day!

Good Morning
Mike, it sounds like that despite the rib aching music you had some wonderful family time and celebration.
We had a good day in Eugene yesterday even with the early rain. We stopped at a favorite place outside of Eugene, had time to run an errand and dropped Heather off at a local craft brewery for her crafting session while I headed over to a local coffee roasters to read, reflect and put hand to keyboard. I gave into the temptaion and had a second cup of coffee which was one more than my system could handle and regretted it the rest of the evening. Very little rain on the ride home which is always nice. Laundry today and more reading and writing.

Good morning gentlemen.
Glad the wedding weekend went well, Mike.
We had fun at the church's annual pumpkin fest, yesterday. Some of those there were still without power at their homes.
A bit of shop time this morning, and some shopping later.

Rain? Rain? Rain? It rained over TWO INCHES while I was in So Cal over the weekend. 75 deg most days and skies clear as a bell. Briefly hit 82 deg one day but was still nice in the shade of the Botanical gardens we visited. In the 70s when we left for Portland OR. Pilot said it was 48deg and raining when we started our descent into the airport. fortunatel the rained stopped and unlike flying south to Claremont SoCal we didn't have to go outside down stairs or a ramp to ground level. We had a jetway coming home to exit .
Got to do a historic tour of the Mission Inn in Riverside Calif which was beyond amazing. Everything from "catacombs" (no bodies) to the Assisi Chapel, hundreds of stainglass windows and the oldest dated bell in Christendom from the year 1247 amongst a collection of 400 bells. A hundred year old Kimball Organ with 2,800 pipes. They were using it accompany a spooky Halloween silent movie. The catacombs are really tunnels leading miles out into the city underground.
Such fun and of course our annual "dinosaur dinner" with all my Paleo museum buddies.
cheers all
