1.) buy a good scale and get in the habit of using it2.) log everything you eat diligently and honestly
3.) invest in a fitness tracker that syncs with MFP (the most popular ones are Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit) Learn the relationship between “earning”extra calories and the “cost” of those calories
4.) set aside 15 or 20 minutes to read these boards every night. You’ll learn things, pick up tips, know how to spot useless diet fads, and learn what might actually work. You’ll also read (and hopefully share) other users wins, fails, and everything in between.1
