    @NonnieDoiron Congrats on such a long stretch without alcohol. That can be tough, but you are doing Extremely well on that and ALL fronts!

    @Bemybestby60 Glad to hear the stress levels are down with your father in rehab now. I hope for his sake (and yours) that he will get his wish and be okay to be back to normal and alone at home. Fingers crossed!

    11/02 – 183.0 ↔️ (Trend Weight – 184.1)I would love to make November a banner month! There is Thanksgiving to contend with but that’s only One Day, as opposed to December celebrations (and baking, fudge making) that goes on all month long. So November needs to not be written off. Besides, Thanksgiving is near the end of the month, so there’s that. I mean, what is stopping me right now? I really need to get the heck out of my own way!

    πŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒ 11/09 – 180.8 βœ… (Trend Weight – 183.5) I definitely did NOT make it through my travel day on the 4th unscathed, nor did I do that great during the mini-travel and restaurant, cake & ice cream for my daughter’s birthday celebration on the 6th. However, I’ve buckled down and am showing a little more loss each day since. When I get this close to a new decade I usually grab my bags and run the opposite way and start gaining. This is self-sabotage, of course. And some emotional feelings of not deserving it. This time I am standing my ground! I hope by next week I will be somewhere in the 170’s although I don’t feel confident in decades until I’ve reached the magical number of 7 just in front of the decimal point (177, 167, 157 etc.). I always need that room to breathe! We had our first snow last night and it’s still snowing like crazy. So beautiful right now in Northern Michigan. Enjoy your week everyone!

    Well, here we go again… up down up down up down.πŸ™„ (I’m going to end it on down because that is the goal, and I don’t want to jinx it!)

    I can feel the swelling/water weight in my hands especially, so I guess I’m just going to be living with this crap unless I stop the HRT which my husband says makes me nicer. (Apparently, I’m the meanest person alive.πŸ™„) The fluctuations in the scale is just incredibly frustrating.

    I only worked out on Monday because stupid me also stopped taking my arthritis meds for about a week thinking the weight loss may be helping. News flash… It’s not. I’ve been back on it for 3 days now, and I’m finally getting some relief. This weekend I’ll be able to get back to doing things. The plan to clean house. Next week, I’ll be back to walking every day except Wednesday (my usual midweek rest day).

    It's great that you're documenting everything with images for accountability! Any chance you can also use the format the rest of us are using with start weight for the month, goal weight for the month, and weekly progress? I see two pounds for the week, so that's pretty sweet!

    If not, that's OK too. There's only 1.5 months left.
