I feel dumb asking this. If my usual calorie intake in 1300 and my calories burned adds another 350 do I still stay under 1300?

Yes, in this case, you would net only 950 calories which is too low from a sustainability standpoint... both in terms of your health (getting necessary nutrients, etc.) and potentially setting yourself up to binge because you're just too darned underfed.
Certainly, doing this for a day won't hurt, but it's best for your health (e.g. heart, energy, and even your hair) not to regularly cut so low.
