Mfp weight recording issue

in Getting Started

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago mfp reset and got me to log back in and when i did my weight recordings fron all the years id been a member were lost but the details of that day were still there. Is there anyway to get them back?

    I had this issue and had to delete and reinstall the app several times - and then it worked. If that still doesn’t solve your problem you need to contact support.

    when you logged back in was it via user name/password? Or did you maybe use a Google or Facebook login?
