WW veteran
I did WW 2x years ago and it was helpful. I don’t formally track but plan to start using MFP. I use some WW tricks and points but do that in my head. It was helpful but I think MFP will be better b/c it’s more comprehensive.

Hi, welcome :)
Calorie counting is also a system to help us understand how much to eat, just like using ww points system.
Think calorie counting is the easiest, most adjustable system…
However, i also find it much easier after learning the general values for foods and meals.
So when I was getting started, I tracked my favorite meals for breakfast, lunch, etc... and added/adjusted from there.
I can eyeball a lot, the same things like veg egg scramble on toast with coffee for example, but still need to look up new foods or changes to quantity, and sometimes track everything as a doublecheck.
Hang in and keep logging until it clicks. Holler if you have q's :)
