Regarding 30 Day Shred

I have been seeing the effect 30DS is having on people & would love to do it myself. But I don't know where to get it from. I also would like to know what are the things required to start 30DS along with CD.

    Target, Amazon all carry it. It's like 9 dollars, you don't need anything! :)

    FREE at the library and you can copy it for youself or get it at Walmart for $10 + you'll need weights. I personally invested in 5lb weights (3 or 8 may be required depending on your fitness level) so about $10 or cheaper if you can find some used on Craigs List.
