Yesterday morning, I was putting in my ear buds to listen to something. Somehow, my right ear bud got turned off, so I was trying to turn it back on. It fell from my ear, and I realized the rubber cover had slipped off and was now wedged in my ear canal. I tried to get it out, but I realized that was futile. So, I went to urgent care.
Three hours later, I left with the rubber cover in-hand and a newly flushed out ear. The problem is that I had swimmer's ear in the right ear and still do. I realized this morning that this likely is due to the swelling around the canal caused by the great fun of yesterday. So, I have to be patient until that noticeable swelling has gone away. Yay.
Those are three hours I can never get back. 😕 But, the ear is okay.
