Need support

I've just logged in 30 days in a row...but i haven't lost anything...not even a pound...because i am at school and i need to study a lot so i think that i have to eat so much because otherwise my memory wont be so good and i think that i wont achieve what i want .... so please give me some advice and support.

    What are you eating? You should be eating lots of fresh friuts and veggies. Not processed and fast foods. It's hard but if you open your diary we could make suggestions.

    I eat lost of fruit and vegetable but i also eat lost of sweets....:(...
    i eat chocolate in the morning just 4 blocks of chocolate thats about 80 calories...to keep my mind concentraced because i have break at 10 a.m.

    Eat some lean protein along with your friuts and veggies. If you do have to eat out make the best decision that you can possibly make. Go to Subway or look for low fat options at other places. You can pull up alot of places nutritional facts on their websites. Hope this helps!
