I have just received my Chalene extreme DVDs but there is no body make over calendar so I don't know when I'm supposed to do what and I really want to start asap. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing?

If you bought it from Beachbody it should have come with a calendar. If you didn't you might try googling it.0
