I'm looking to start taking African Mango. I was wondering if anyone's tried this and if they know if it really works or not!

Anyone at all? I just want to know if it's a scam or not.

I've only heard the advertisements. My thoughts: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There is no magic diet pill or supplement. The only foolproof way to lose weight is good old-fashioned diet and exercise.

These things are always scams. Nothing specifically targets belly fat.

yeah, you're probably right. I have just been feeling discouraged because I lost weight over the summer, but I put it all back on (as usual) :(

Looking at the talk on other forums this is just another in the long line of magic potions that the unscrupulous use to rake in money from people who are desperate to lose weight.

If you are going to take it treat it as a supplement don't expect too much.
  • Yes its pretty good gives me energy.. but im not sure about the weight loss yes

Well then - let's talk about your methods. Are you doing fad diets? Are you going on super-strict diets that cause you to burn out and binge? There is a simple explanation for your yo-yo habits, and as soon as you identify them, you can start working to make life-long changes that will help the weight loss stick.

The most magical supplement out there is already inside of you, it's full of dedication, motivation, and patience :) You just have to focus on it and REALLY want it!
