Goal Range

I figure that once I get to goal, it will be hard to stay on an exact # all the time - so I should have a small range that is acceptable.
Is your goal weight.... slightly less so you have wiggle room? Or is it right on target? Do you give yourself a range of say, 5 pounds or something before you go into "attack fat" mode? Or are you in a fitness routine that its not likely that you will gain fat?

right on target :] 115 is my goal weight. I will probably track on here when i hit maintenance mode just to get comfortable with portions0

when I first started I wanted a total of 20lbs, I started my goal off with 10lbs then went to 5lb increments just to keep myself focused and motivated.0

my goal is a size 8 (currently size 10 with some 12`s depends on brand)
and or 140-150 range and I`ll be completely happy to fall anywhere in that range

My goal weight is 125, but I will be happy with being betwen 125-129. I've got to allow for a few extra lbs during TOM because it always happens.

when I reach target I will give myself 3lb either way before I start to get back to the 130
so my loose target is 127-133 with 130 being the figure that will be ideal in my mind0 -

:happy: When I was younger & lost to a healthy weight I stayed in a range. I kow what looks healthy on my frame & what is healthy for me & keeps me from obsessing. For my frame & height I can be as small as 118lbs!:ohwell: But I feel thats too small for me so I am aiming to stay between 120 & 130. Of course I am aiming for smaller inches as well lol.0

I've got a pretty small range as I'm a pretty small girl :ohwell: My goal weight range is from 102-105, so my plan is to hit 105, then sloooowly increase my calories to maintenance, and hopefully I'll get to around 102 during the slow increase, as during that time I would still be under maintenance calories by a bit. Then the goal will be to hang within that range, maybe with a little leeway for increases during holidays and vacations, but back to it after.0
