It's Working!!!!

Ok ... so you know how you start working out and you get on the scale and you see it dropping but when you look in the mirror - you don't really see the tiny changes you are making??? (At least I don't!) ... wellllllllllllllllllll today I went to talk to a friend of mine at work whom I haven't talked to in a while annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd she said (as soon as I walked to her desk) ... "Wow you look great - have you lost weight!" .... :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

At which point I did a piroet and wiggled my tush a little and I might have even point my finger to my tush and did that whole sizzle sound (you know the one I'm talking about) ... and gave her a high five that she really wasn't expecting because I almost smacked her in the forehead (perhaps she was still dazed by my piroet) (sp) ....

After I left her desk I did the whole "It's working" dance back to my desk and now I'm feeling really really good.
