Hi All,

Since last March I have lost 4.5 stone (63 lbs). I find the MFP app brilliant.
Have before and after photos if anyone wants to see???

    I have found the app to be a wonderful addition aswell, still a couple of issues they need to work out but overall a wonderful addition.

    Anyone that is serious about losing the weight and is a bit of a tech fiend should use it :)

    I replaced my PROFILE pic with the before and after pic, the HEAVY photo was the way I looked 7 months ago... Feel great now..just fantastic..
