Extra CLX

I've just completed the first week of CLX and I've also just started 30DS on the cardio days but I would like to do more with weights. Can I do one of the CLX weight sessions everyday or do you need those breaks for muscle recovery?

    You need a day in between for muscle recovery. Truthfully, if you are lifting heavy enough...you won't really wanna lift the next day too, LOL! So GO HEAVY or GO HOME! ;o) Do the burn intervals too...it's light weights but you are building endurance.

    Lift heavier on the days you do CLX... if you're thinking you can do more, you're probably not pushing yourself hard enough. And yes, regardless, you need to give your muscles a day rest between strength training.

    You definitely want to have those rest days. They are very important for muscle recovery. And, to be honest, if you are lifting heavy enough for the CLX program, I don't think you should be able to do a lifting dvd the very next day.
