Needs to get back in the game!!

Hey guys,

So... I fell off the band-wagon. I was going to the gym all the time, having a blast, and then I started to feel like I was being left out of the social part of life... which lead me to put the gym on hiatus and start to hang out with people again. Of course, this involved junk food, and I lost some self control. Looking at some Halloween pics, I feel grossed out by the amount of weight I have put on, which can't be much but I notice it big time!! Help me get back in this!!! I am going back to the gym, or working out at home later tonight, but I need some more encouragement!!

    You know you can do it! :) especially since you did it before and you loved it...that will help you a lot because after the first couple days you will remember how much you loved to work out.
