that is 2 lbs. Daily fluctuations are quite normal. Whatever you did last night can be redeemed by learning from your mistakes and starting fresh.0

Definitely what the pp said. Just jump right back on and lose the 2 lbs!
You can do it. 0 -
thanx guys! I hopped on the scale again after I went to the bathoom (TMI sorry) and it said im 155.8.
The person whom works with me promised a movie and lunch when I get to 150 ish.0 -
Just realize that today's another day and start over! I've done this many times, but it's still possible to lose weight this week, you've just gotta work at it!0

Just go back to doing what you need to do.0

Unless you relapsed hard enough to eat about 12k calories last night, you didn't gain 3lbs of fat. And I'm going to guess you didn't consume 12k calories.
I understand your concerns but you need to stop putting so much investment into the scale number.

You do what other posters above me mentioned. Get back on track and resume your plan. Just act like it didn't happen, don't overcompensate, and just get back on the horse.yestarday I was 154 and today im 156.
Mostly water/food content inside your system from the increased intake yesterday.
Lastly, you should take a step back and examine what may have caused this.0
