I was reading another post about the allotted calories and not losing weight. SO I google it, and found a website www.healthyweightforum.org It has a calorie calculator, similiar to MFP but it's a LOT higher. So which is right? Do we take the middle ground? Any thoughts?

I used to use Livestrong and SparkPeople but found a lot of variations. The USDA has a PDF of generic foods so if you don't eat a lot of meals out, it's presumably pretty reliable. Here's the URL: www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR17/wtrank/sr17a208.pdf0
