First off *hugs*
Secondly, I want you to sit down right now and write down how you felt when you were bigger. Put everything you can down. Stick that on the fridge.
Tomorrow you're going to go to the supermarket and put 16 bags of potatoes in the trolley and then push it around for five minutes. Do you seriously want that back on your body?
Have you considered baths, meditation or even swimming as an exercise? Taking time to relax and smell the roses is wonderful and helps you keep your head on.
Also, get some healthy snacks and have them in the fridge. That way when you're feeling like that you can go grab something healthy.0 -
Keep your focus, beauty!

The healthiest thing to do if your motivation has run away IS RUN AFTER IT CHASE IT DOWN!!!!
seriously though... Who are you doing this for, What are you doing this for? Well a better healthier you... reevaluate the situation if you need... but grab life by the horns and hop back on... we all have down days even down weeks... it is getting back up that makes us stronger!
many times I have wanted to give up, say screw it never mind... it takes time for your body to get out of the denial stage... that what we are doing isn't worth it cause we had a bad day or a bad week... giving up is the easy way out...
YOU GOT this girl.. hang in there... hold on... and YOU WILL make it through I promise you!0 -
Don't give in. My wife and I have found ourselves under a lot of stress due to some medical problems. So we have found ourselves
working out harder, and longer. My advise is to take that stress and channel it into your workout whatever it might be. Keep your head up, and keep pushing you can do it.0 -
No, don't stop!
Think back to why you started this in the first place. Now think about additional reasons why you want to lose weight/be in shape/be healthy.
Make some non-related scale goals. For instance.. you can aim to work out for ____ many days of the week. Or aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water this week. Aim to eat ___ many servings of vegetables today. Try a new recipe, try a new snack, maybe you are just getting bored with your routine? You could try a new exercise, buy a workout DVD (I love Jillian Michaels). Start going for walks with a friend. Add some new songs to your playlist for your workouts.
You got this!!
Edited: made a typo and then wanted to add: Stress is your biggest enemy when it comes to weight loss. You can either accept it and let it be your frenemy, or boot it! I had midterms and let stress gobble me up, not only did I not workout but I ate junk. I would have candy for supper instead of a real meal. Focus on what is best for you & hopefully this stressful period will pass.

DONT GIVE UP!!!! you have done so well
i know your under a lot of stress and your personal life is all over the place
but just think of how strong you will be if you push through this
for right now dont worry about losing x amount of weight before a certain time
just take it one day at a time one meal at a time and you can get through it
have a friend that you can text or call when you think of eating something bad or think of giving up
if you dont think you can be strong enough let someone else be strong for you =]
i believe you can do this =D0 -
If your motivation has run away, then run after it! Hopefully, it'll keep running really fast.0
