Hi all, I'm thinking of trying a "cardio boot camp" at my gym, but I'm nervous....

Has anyone tried one and can tell me what to expect?

I'm in pretty good aerobic shape, but my strength level isn't where I want it to be....

I have not tried it but I have heard that they will give you options for beginners. The trainer at my gym that does the boot camp says he can help anyone with any fitness level. I figure it can't be anymore tata jiggling than any other class.

    Go for it.

Holy moley! I did it!...and I'm going to feel THAT tomorrow.

Think old school calisthenics (jumping rope, step ups, jump squats on a bosu balancer, mountain climbers) in two minute stations, thirty seconds off and then a new station. Two minutes can feel much longer, I learned.

Followed by weight training stations. Woo-boyee!

and, my enell sports bra (TM) paid for itself tonight. ;) ...sorry gents, probably TMI.
