I got up early and ran for 40 minutes this morning. It felt great to get back into running!

I did 60 minutes of my aqua aerobic class, which I love!0

Got an hour of walking while I was shopping...lol!0

I did my Saturday work and forgot to post :ohwell: 20 minutes of yoga and 60+ walking :drinker:0

I worked so much these days, so I did not exercise at all (and feel extremely guilty because of it).
Today I managed finally to go out and enjoy a long walk, 1,5hr, with my adorable dog.0 -
I did an hour of crossfit and then me and a friend walked all through the loop, probably about 2 hrs of walking, but not many miles as he is a super slow walker0
