Flat Stomach

A girl that I work with told me that I could not get a flat stomach because I have had 3 kids. Is this true? I have been losing my stomach weight and notice it is getting flatter, but will I get a flat stomach. Any thoughts?

Absolute nonsense! You'll get there if you keep going!0

You can have a flat stomach again. People like to make excuses like that but it isn't true. Keep working, don't get discouraged.0

If you go browse around the Success Stories section you will see TONS of mothers who have a stomach I would kill for! SO not true!0

Yeah, those ones like to listen to total hearsay and are extremely gullible. You on the other hand decided to look into it

Those are also the people who like to use it as an excuse to not work as hard as you, or maybe are jealous of all your work!... keep it up girly

You totally can, as long as you haven't had any caesareans (I have a ridge of scar tissue that can't go anywhere), the skin is still attached to the underlying muscle (again, mine isn't as was ripped during caesarean), and you do the right exercises.
Mine is flat in clothes, but can't be totally due to the things I have mentioned. If you don't have a billion stretch marks and scars, then there's no reason you can't get it flat.0 -
Google Jennifer Nicole Lee - she's gone a bit too commercial now, but it doesn't change the fact she was an overweight mom and now she's a fitness model mom!0

Sorry but she is an idiot. I bet she is also the type to say " i don't have time to exercise, yet watches 2-3 hrs of tv a night"
It might be a little more effort... but I think anyone who has a flat stomach and abs will tell you it takes work and a clean diet.
Up hers, do not listen to negative people like that. You go get what you want!0 -
well I have only 1 daughter only just 3 ears old but mines back flat and getting better definition all the time :-)
most things can be done, some people can't but thats for medical reasons where muscles separated too much during pregnancy .
keep on with the good work x0
