week 4 challenge

Thank you all for joining in and doing these challenges. I have so much fun and its a good workout.

Here is the next challenge! ITs time that we work our Abs and run a bit :))

-10 REPS of JACKKNIFE
-20 MINS of FREE RUN

Do these once a day! :)

There it is :) Its not much but i wanted to make you relax a bit and not hurt your body, because the following challenge will be hard lol

    Interesting.... I haven't done the jackknife yet, but my nieces and nephew (my Wii Fit buddies) have been wanting me to do the challenge for it. Maybe this week I'll show them and that trainer how it's done. :)

    I've done first day today of jackknife and jogging. My mii keeps tripping up on the jogging! An got 4 stars on Jackkife

    ohh cool. you mii trips couse you are running way to FAST! run in a slow pace.. awesome job. Tomorrow is the first day of this challenge.

    only managed 5 mins :frown: but i made up the time with advanced step, will try for more tomorrow. did my 10 jacknife:smile:

    Two days done. I was proud of myself for getting over 3 miles on the free run today. I feel like I'm going so ssslllooowwww.

    Im sorry i didnt do todays challenge. I was not feeling well also i had to bake some sweets for my bro fund raiser. I will double it tomorrow if i feel better.

    Have done 20 jackknifes a day since monday, did 10 on sunday. Done either jogging or boxing for 30 mins everyday. Not enjoying jogging so mixing it up.
