Have been horrible about exercising but got back in the swing of things today. Did an hr of cleaning the house and getting ready to hope on the gazelle for 20 min!0

I did 30 minutes of Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets: Weight Loss DVD.0

60 minutes of Zumba.... 899 calories burned. Our new instructor is AWESOME!

as always a day late - did 2 crossfit classes - regular one hour class was front squats, pullups and tabata situps. Then I went and did endurance training - it was 6 sets of 2:30 on 2:30 off - just shy of sprint pace.0
