I bought some shorts before the start of summer (about 2 months ago) and when i bought them they were tight but comfortable. i havent worn them much as the weather has been too cold but last time i put them on they were a little loose but not that much. Today i put them on and they are VERY loose. Enough so that i think i could go back and buy the same pants a size smaller. Now i KNOW they fit me not that long ago because i only recently bought them! yet i havent moved an inch on the scales. So that proves that its not all about how much WEIGHT you lose! clearly im losing cms that i just didnt know about (my next weigh in and measurement is christmas eve so i'll know for sure then!)

Many times our measurements drop instead of the scale numbers. Very important to remember this and keep a record of your clothing sizes & measurements from when you started and periodically. As we exercise and build muscle and tone up our body shape changes and then the weight comes off - not always in that order though.

I say congratulations! Keep up the good work.
