    Goal- I want to start running ( this years resolution is the same as last years unfortunately) I have a vacation planned for april which is just over the 90 days and I want to be able to wake up every morning go for a jog and end my run in the gorgeous caribbean waters!

    Hi! I hope I'm In ;-)

    My current weight 141
    my goal weight 130
    my 90 day goal is to lose the 11 pounds I have gained back, stay walking every day & begin eating right again.

    i started this journey on MFP last year just after Thankgiving & I had lost all my weight, just to have put 11 pounds back on. And for a girl 5'3" thats a lot of weight.


    MY PLAN is to WALK every day for 1 to 2 hours & eat healthier. I can do this again.... But I can use the challenge to help me with motivation & hopefully I can pick up some good friends along the way.

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 days: I would like to exercise daily, Complete a 5k (already been training 3 weeks) and eat a vegan diet and I would LIKE TO DO THIS FOR MYSELF. TO SHOW MYSELF THAT I CAN DO ANYTHING THAT I PUT MY MIND TO! (With God's help : ))
