Personal Trainer - How to record

Hi...Just joined My Fitness Pal and I'm wondering how you would go about recording fitness with a personal trainer. I meet with my trainer 3 times a week for an hour at a time and it's INTENSE! Lost of strength training and cardio combined. I've asked her how many calories she thinks I'm burning and she's said about 650 give or take. Any ideas???

Just create your own exercise and add the calories in.
You can also search the cardio section for personal training and see what it gives you!0 -
Thanks for the reply! The sessions are all so different....I'm going to just record them as training sessions and give them 600 calories. Unless she tells me otherwise! Congrats in your weight loss!0

I bought this HR monitor wrist watch. It is great and you dont need a chest strap. I compared results with my friends 500 dollar Polar watch and it said the exact same thing. I am always surprised at how off the machine calorie counts are.
