Music for your Workout Session

hey guys.
have just been on my daily walk and noticed that there are certain songs on my ipod that really get me down. and others that get me in such a good mood that im literally skipping and dancing and just going for it!!!

What songs can you suggest, or do you listen to to 'get you in the mood' or 'make you feel really good about yourself?? I need to add some more to my playlist!

I have four favourites at the moment:
- Im sexy and i know it - LMFAO
- Sweat - David Guetta and Snoop Dogg
- Skeleton - The Good Natured
- Domino - Jessy J


I really hope they help you in reaching your goals!! I think music plays a huge part in our self esteem and success. Day four for me and Ive already lost 6lb.. I know its really only water weight. but it makes me feel "sexy and free!!!!" :) And if I didnt have music to keep me company, i would soon get bored!
