COMMITMENT

One thing that distinguishes achievers in weight loss to those who try and don't make it is COMMITMENT. Good intentions aren't commitment. Trying isn't commitment. Quitting after a bad day or weekend isn't commitment. So are you committed? Let's see:

You have a breakfast of pancakes, juice and bacon. In this breakfast there is lots of involvement, but only one commitment.
The flour that was used involved someone grinding it down. The juice was squeezed and boxed by someone who was involved.
The trucker that trucked the raw ingredients to the store was involved. The clerk that sold you the ingredients were involved. But ONLY the pig that provided the bacon was committed!

So be the pig! If you are committed to this, you will do just about everything it takes to make it a success. There is NO TRY! You either do it or you don't.

    The lack of commitment is the usual downfall. Look at the most inspirational stories out there for people who struggled to make their dreams come true. The one common thing they had is they were all committed to whatever it was they were trying to achieve.
