thigh fillet help?

Okay so I don't really know much about cooking :embarassed: but I bought some thigh fillets from the grocery market for $9.99 for 15 so thought I would use them for lunches at work... any ideas on how to cook them?

At work, I only have a microwave... if I cook them in a frying pan or oven at home and put them in a tight container would I be able to just heat them up? Any other suggestions?

    they are goo din crockpots...like slow cooking them throughout the day with veggies and stuff

    as long as its cooked right you can heat anything up just make sure its steaming especially rice =D
