anyone know a recipe for a smoothie that has approx 300-400 cals that has protein, low sugar/carb and will keep me full for awhile?

    Try protein powder, natural peanut butter, no-fat greek vanilla yogurt and some fruit.

    8 oz. water flavored with your favorite Crystal Light (I use strawberry, orange, banana) You can use juice instead, but I don't want the calories
    1 banana or some mixed berries
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 T. wheat germ
    1 T. ground psyllium husk
    1 T. chia seed
    2 T. ground flaxmeal

    Put all in blender. Add 4 - 5 ice cubes

    385 calories. 44 g. carbs/30 g protein/18 g fiber

    This keeps me full for 4 - 5 hours easily.
