What is your current calorie goal when you exercise (at the gym, or wherever you go)
Whats your avg when burning calories through exercise?
I'm curious to see what everyone's goals are when they're "working out" (ugh hate that term)

I workout for 1 hour at the gym and hope for a minimum of 450 calories.0

For me it usually depends on what it is I am doing, but I average anywhere from 450-600 calories0

I don't have a specific calorie goal unless I already ate too much of something.
Usually, I probably burn anywhere from 100 to 500 calories, depending on what I did that day. Burning ANY calories is a start. I find that exercise has many more benefits than just weight loss and calorie burn though.0 -
I work the elliptical for 350-400 calories for 1/2 hour then weight training for another 75ish. Only been back at it 2 1/2 week so I have a lot of stamina to build again. Keep going!0
