What salt free seasonings do you guys use? Is there one that you love? I'm trying to find a good one. Thanks! :smile:

    Mrs.Dash, either the garlic or the spicy version

    Depends on what you want to cook. I use a lot of Garlic & Rosemary (chicken and fish) and balsamic vinegar (chicken, fish, salad and just about everything else actually). I also buy mixes from Frontier Co-op online. They have many salt free blends that are good (Mexican, Taco, Spicy Chili, etc.).
