Hi Everyone,
I am allowed 24g of sugar a day and I thought I was doing well with this until today when I checked. I'm already over today...most of my sugar has come from fruits!!!! Surely that's okay, right? If not does this mean that I need to cut out bananas??
Hmm, tricky business this dieting thing.

If you have no medical issues relating to sugar, you do not need to track it.0

I have the same problem! I read somewhere that we should eat more veggies than fruit. They have less sugar but are not always as yummy
Oh and I do try to track my sugar since almost all of my father's family has diabetes. 0
