carbs

Ok, so I eat about 175 carbs a day, which I feel is high, but I would say about 85 percent are either from fruits and veggies or from my Kashi go lean cereal. I eat a bowl of Kashi each morning and two apples a day, two cuties a day and often times a banana or strawberries or an orange, some kind of fruit and they are high in carbs bc of the natural sugars in them. Should I worry about the carbs from fruit so much? I stay below my 1500 calories almost daily and do not eat my exercise calories. I am concerned, I recently hit a plateau, not sure I should actually lose more, but since I am obsessed with numbers, I wanted to see what others though.....
