About to hit 40!!

Hi all, my name is Kelly and I will be 40 in a few months time. I live in the UK
I started on my weight loss journey 2 years ago and I have lost 25lbs so far, I had lost 35lbs but put a bit back on at the end of last year by taking my eye off the ball. So I found this site 2 weeks ago and so far I have lost 4lbs. I am 5' 2'' and weigh 146lbs at the moment, I really want to be fit at forty rather than fat at forty.
I run and go to the gym 3-4 times per week which is helping with the inch loss and clothes feel so much better.

Kelly, I am trying not to hit 50 still struggling with my weight!!! Though I have more to lose than you do, I have just completed my first week and have lost 5.5 lbs. my story is similar to yours as I am doing this for the second time as well!!! Best of luck to you!!!0

Keep logging and after 21 days it becomes a habit and harder to get off track.0 -

I too am about to hit forty I have been at this for a month and only lost 2lbs but I have lost 8 inches so I have toned up alot this too is not my first try at this but this time I am counting my calories and it's making a difference. I dread being a fat 40 but I want to loose 50lbs0
