nay or yay? I have some (haven't used in awhile). I have talked to some serious lifters who swear by it. but when I used it before, not sure I could tell a difference.

Personally, it was a waste of money for me. Like anything else; what works for one won't necessarily work for all.0

I would trust Alan Aragon's opinion on this. He was consulted for this slide show at Livestrong where he lists the 20 most overrated supplements. L-Glutamine came in at #4.

IMO its something to use when cutting more then bulking, if it stops 1kg of muscle being lost then it was worth it?0
