Logging Six Weeks to Skinny Jeans Exercises in My Fitness Pa

Hello! I am new to Six Weeks to Skinny Jeans, today is my first day! So far so good! I want to actively use my fitness pal alongside SWTSJ . Can anyone share the best way to log the exercises from the book to my fitness pal?

  • Hi Laura,
    Great question! Here's what I personally do.

    Blast: I log this as weight training [although its still listed under cardio]
    Firm: I log as Pilates
    Burn: I will usually log this as either interval training

    If you are using a heart rate monitor that does calorie burn then you'd just log in what your watch says. There is a place that you can plug in your own calorie burn without categorizing it.
