    Daily commute is around 40 miles a day...

    Day 1: cycling, daily commute - 165 mins
    Day 2: cycling, daily commute - 172 mins
    Day 3: cycling, daily commute - 102 mins - so cold had to take a more direct route in today
    Day 4: General cycling - 90 mins
    Day 5:Mega snowball fight on village green - 75 mins (or 477 HRM cals burnt)
    Day 6: Another shorter ride into work due to ice - 80 min

    Day 7: cycling, daily commute - 115 mins

    Total: 799 mins

  • I will give it a go....I did 30 minutes of walking today :)
  • I am game. This should help me get motivated. I will start my count tomorrow so that I can see which exercises count.
  • For some reason i cannot find what exercises count towards the 1000 can someone please help me.

    I'm definitely in now that I just saw this!

    I slacked off a bit last week, but I've done 142 minutes since the 1st so far.... here's to finishing the month out strong!

    Yikes! Am lagging behind my schedule. Was out of action for the past 4 days due to gastric flu. Looks like I gotta step up my exercise for the next 2 weeks to meet this goal :grumble:

    02 Feb: 60 min = 45min brisk walking, 15min walking @ slow pace
    03 Feb: 25 min = walking @ slow pace
